Helping women and birthing people feel calm, capable, and connected through birth, motherhood, and all the beautiful chaos in between.
My journey here did not begin when I became a mother. It began long before that, as I navigated mental health issues from a young age. Exploring mindfulness, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation was a lifeline when I needed a way out. Those tools completely changed how I related to myself and the world around me. When I got pregnant, they became my foundation — helping me meet birth with calm and curiosity instead of fear.
They are the same tools I used to survive postpartum with grace, while I watched others feel ungrounded and lost.
And honestly, I’ve needed those same tools every step since: through early motherhood, through losing all my hair to alopecia, and through leaving a marriage that wasn’t healthy for me. (Turns out nervous system regulation works for more than contractions.)
What I discovered is that strength, focus, and surrender aren’t something you “find” during birth — they’re muscles you build long before, and ones that keep carrying you afterward.
Now I share those practices with others who want to feel grounded, capable, and connected through pregnancy, birth, and the wild ride that follows.
I’m an empowered birth coach, somatic and nervous system practitioner, and prenatal yoga teacher based in Bellingham, WA, offering both in-person and online support. My work combines practical nervous system tools, body awareness, and spiritual connection to help you trust your body and navigate big transitions with steadiness (and ideally, a sense of humor).
Outside of my work, I’m an artist and mom to two amazing daughters who continue to hold up a mirror to me of how I can love myself more and heal some of my deepest wounds. I love being outside — in the forest, in the garden, on a trail — anywhere that reminds me to breathe and come back to myself.
If you’re preparing for birth or facing the unexpected emotional upheavel that is becoming a mother, I’d love to support you.

Birth is a portal.
Birth is more than a physical challenge — it’s a rite of passage. A passage that asks us to let go, to trust, and to rise as something new. It is the way forward into who you are meant to become. But the wisdom of how to walk as a human through that portal has been lost.
I am here to serve as a guide through that threshold — helping you stay grounded in your body and your truth as you move through the unknowns of birth and into the transformation of motherhood.
Whether we meet on the mat, in a session, or through conversation, my work is about holding space for that crossing — no matter where you are on your journey — so you feel supported, seen, and powerful on the other side.
Say Hello!
Whether you’re reaching out about private sessions, collaborations, speaking engagements, or media opportunities, I’m always open to meaningful projects that support and celebrate the journey of birth and motherhood.
I also lead pregnancy blessing ceremonies, postpartum circles, and community events, and love co-creating unique experiences — from workshops on nervous system regulation and birth mindset, to art-and-movement retreats, village-style gatherings, and guest teaching for perinatal wellness programs.
If you have an idea that aligns with this work — something thoughtful, creative, or even a little outside the box — I’d love to hear it.
